Manager, Talent Acquisition & Development


The Manager of Talent Acquisition is responsible for the HR/Talent function at ONE20. This individual is tasked with recruiting, hiring, on-boarding, paying, administering benefits and managing the overall lifecycle of the employee at ONE20.   • Recruit and retain top talent in a startup environment with a heavy focus on technology positions
  • Lead new hires through the on-boarding process
  • Uphold our culture--we work hard and play hard and need someone who can help us navigate compliance while protecting our company culture
  • Maintain payroll records and act as the main approver for payroll every other week
  • Act as the conduit between ONE20 and our benefit broker to enroll new members
  • Write appropriate job descriptions and find the best candidates
  • Ensure our company follows HR compliance policies - from FMLA, ADAAA, and AD&D you know every acronym and policy and how it should be applied
  • Sift through candidates, arranging for interviews for prospective teams when there’s a possible good fit
  • Establish and develop best practices that will grow future leaders within our organization
  • Guide us in making proper hiring decisions
  • Other duties as assigned


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration preferred
  • 3-5 years of recruiting and HR business support experience required
  • Successful experience building and running a full cycle recruiting desk
  • Previous experience with payroll and benefits administration preferred but not required
  • Attention to detail and experience handling sensitive and confidential information
  • Prior experiencing recruiting and filling technology roles strongly preferred
