The Sales Planner primary responsibility is to support the Affiliate & Advertising function by helping create new opportunities, foster existing partner relationships, maintain their needs and expectations, and ultimately measure the performance and impact of individual partner campaigns. Additional responsibilities include performing ad hoc analysis. This position will also need to track any account issues and report them to the accounting/billing department.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
The Sales Planner will work with the Sales and Client Service functions to develop quarterly and annual sales goals/plans that deliver high value to both ONE20 and our partners
Plan, schedule and coordinate sold campaigns
Support the sales organization to develop, measure and track performance of campaigns.
Work with Marketing team to create custom collateral that identifies with each partner specifically by doing research and data analysis
Prepare sales proposals, collecting and presenting research information, providing partners with rates, creative specifications, edit calendars, managing deadlines and providing optimal client service support
Manage and optimize the daily maintenance of campaigns
Manage added value for all partners, coordinating, tracking, and implementing elements and providing recap and follow up
Build and modify sales orders
Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS / KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or general business management preferred
1- 3 years experience in Sales, Sales Planning or Sales Operations.
Outstanding organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated with strong communication skills
Advanced data analysis and problem solving skills
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
